Many of my clients come to therapy during times of transition, reflection, or quiet uncertainty. They may be navigating changes in a relationship, recovering from destructive relationship dynamics, or beginning to notice patterns of over-functioning, self-doubt, people-pleasing, or feeling responsible for keeping the peace. Often, they have been managing a great deal on the outside while feeling less clear or connected within. I support clients to slow things down, make sense of their experiences, connect to their deepest values, and move forward with greater clarity, boundaries, and self-trust.
My work is grounded in attachment theory, trauma-informed care, family systems, CBT, and research on relationship dynamics. I often support clients navigating the impact of difficult, confusing, or controlling relationship patterns, as well as experiences of spiritual trauma, religious shame, or harmful faith-based environments.
