About
The therapeutic relationship is central to the process of therapy. As an experienced therapist, I engage with clients to create a comfortable and safe environment in which to explore current life challenges, identify their needs and fears, work through unresolved trauma and grief, and deepen their understanding and compassion for themselves and others.
I am well versed in a variety of therapeutic modalities. My approach is grounded in Psychoanalytic Theory, Attachment Theory and Interpersonal Therapy. I combine elements of CBT and DBT, Motivational Interviewing and Emotion Focused Therapy to support clients in reaching their treatment
It takes courage to open up and share your thoughts and feelings, so finding someone you feel you can connect with is important. I encourage you to reach out to set up a time to connect with me to discuss your needs and concerns.
