I personally know how it feels to be overwhelmed by the demands of school, work, everyday responsibilities and personal relationships. When challenged by the symptoms of AD(H)D, anxiety or depression everyone can become burdened by life's distractions, unable to prioritize and find the time to nurture relationships, pursue personal interests, meet desired goals and find peace and happiness in our day. To facilitate the changes you would like to see, I will create a safe place to process relationship issues, symptoms related to AD(H)D, trauma, depression, anxiety that have impacted your quality of life.

I work with individuals and couples, specializing in healthy relationships, ADHD management, women's health, career/ education support and trauma. With over 25 years of experience in counselling and education I am uniquely qualified to help you overcome obstacles hindering success through psycho-education, proven strategies and access to assessments.

I am here to listen and encourage postive change. My intention is to empower a life filled with meaning and connection. EFT, Brainspotting, Mindfulness and ACT form the basis of the therapeutic modalities I draw from. Together we will find ways to reduce symptoms, improve relationships, and create a life in balance. I work with clients who may be struggling with AD(H)D overwhelm and associated anxiety/depression, and trauma. During our initial sessions, we will delve deeply into the presenting issues and collaborate to create a plan that helps you reduce symptoms. As a compliment to other therapies I use Brain spotting. Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic technique that helps individuals access and process deep-seated emotions, trauma, and other unresolved issues that may be contributing to their challenges. Brainspotting facilitates the release of stored trauma and promotes healing at a neurological level.
