I bring extensive knowledge in supporting children and adolescents with complex social-emotional, behavioural & mental health needs. I work with both neurotypical & neurodivergent individuals & offer a strengths-based, individualized approach to care.
I also support adults navigating a variety of life transitions. I have a particular interest in working with women experiencing fertility-related challenges and strive to provide a compassionate, client-centred space for exploring the emotional impacts of that journey.
My clinical approach is rooted in developmental & attachment-based theory, with a strong focus on fostering connection—both within the therapeutic relationship and within clients’ broader relational systems. I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including play-based interventions, client-centred & narrative therapy, & family systems approaches.
I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is safe, inclusive, and respectful—where clients feel seen, heard and supported. I strive to tailor each session to meet the unique needs of the individual or family. My work is grounded in evidence-informed practices and delivered through a warm, collaborative lens.
