My passion and lifelong focus is helping people to feel better about themselves and realize their own potential by resolving past traumas and changing old limiting internal programs. I specialize in Grief and Trauma Resolution therapies as well as end of life guidance and support, for the whole family. My approach to helping people is varied depending on the needs and desires of my clients. I am trained in CBT/DBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Somatic/Energy Therapies, Transformational Breathwork, Emotional Freedom Technique and Grief Therapy. I have over 32 years of experience.
The therapeutic relationship is primary and most important in healing and finding solutions to problems. My approach is to seek to understand the development of the issue, help people set goals and then to find strategies that are helpful in moving through the challenges based on the needs and desires of my clients.
