Much of my experience has been with children, teens, and families; however, I also work with adults navigating complex trauma and PTSD. My approach focuses on healing the root of the challenges by first building a strong foundation for growth—or sometimes by diving right into the healing power of play!
My go to therapies are play, EMDR and parts work.
