About
I work with individual adults 18+ at different stages in their lives, with different issues, needs and goals. My clients are often seeking help to feel more settled in themselves and in their day-to-day lives, as well as with the deeper work of personal exploration and self-reflection.
When we talk for the first time, we will see how it feels for each of us. From there, if we both agree, we will embark on a journey of listening and speaking, and the process of your personal therapy will begin to take shape.
