I support those who are struggling with trauma (PTSD), childhood abuse/ neglect, attachment wounds, self-esteem, gender and sexuality questioning, women’s issues, grief, and relationships (of all kinds). I integrate evidence based, trauma focused approaches such as EMDR, IFS, and attachment based therapies to create treatment plans tailored to your needs.
With couples, I use a PACT framework to rebuild safety, strengthen communication, reduce conflict, and foster secure functioning.
