When we experience difficulties in life that are hard to manage on our own, it can be daunting to reach out for help. I commend you for taking the first steps. I specialized in helping individuals suffering from depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues & trauma. My goal is to help you navigate the various hardships you are experiencing & assist you in becoming your best self so you can begin living your most authentic and purposeful life. I welcome clients of all cultural backgrounds, genders, sexual orientations, faith denominations & personal philosophies, as I am deeply committed to promoting multiculturalism and diversity.
In our first session we will identify your presenting issue. Together we will create a treatment plan that works for you through an integrative therapy utilizing modalities to create a well-rounded & unique treatment plan specifically tailored to you. As we embark on this therapeutic journey we will explore when & how your troubles began.
The relationship we create as therapist and client is of utmost importance to me. Collaboratively we will focus on developing a trusting, genuine and honest dynamic so you feel comfortable and safe during our time together. You are the expert of your own experiences and I am here to support you.
