Together we will explore your goals and how I can support you in beginning to live your best life. We will create a therapeutic environment that feels safe, comfortable, non-judgmental and where you can be your authentic self.
I am a clinician and director at the Ottawa Psychotherapy Center. I support couples and individuals in my practice.
My treatment areas include: trauma (PTSD & CPTSD), depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, attachment and relationship issues, complicated family dynamics, sexuality, self-esteem, non-monogamy, women's issues and self-development. My primary modalities are Eye Movement Desensitizing and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy.
In my couples work, I aim to help you improve your communication, increase your understanding of each other and help you break free from your old relationship patterns. I aim to build an alliance with both of you and support you in becoming a team again. I primarily work from a PACT approach which focuses on the nervous system and attachment theory.
