Has work or school been particularly challenging lately? Sometimes, our life situation can create some big emotions that can feel difficult to manage. With over ten years of experience, I've worked with children, adolescents, and adults to help them identify sources of stress and develop healthy coping strategies. My background in education, child welfare, family services, and crisis intervention allows me to provide you with a holistic understanding of your experiences and to create individualized treatment plans that address each person's unique needs.

I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore any difficult emotions and to help parents identify the fears and obstacles in caregiving. My strength-based approach, anti-oppressive practice and focus on empathy, will give you and your family the opportunity to open up and feel comfortable.

I believe that therapy is a collaborative process where we can work together to find the best way to address you or your family’s needs. We are located in lovely Lambeth. Our shared psychotherapy clinic is located on Main Street. Our newly renovated space is on the upper floor of a small building full of character.
