I work with individuals facing internal crises, feeling stuck, or lost and weathering life transitions—whether from abuse (childhood, relationship, sexual assault), the death of a loved one, or life changes (separation/divorce, job change)—to help them reaffirm their lives with purpose and a strong foundation. For those in abusive relationships or coping with sexual assault, I offer guidance on safety planning and navigating court systems. I also support individuals dealing with end-of-life issues
I work from an anti-oppressive, strengths-based, non-shaming approach that guides clients through transformational change, integrating the past with the present. Together, we’ll turn triggers into tools, develop grounding practices, and confidently step into life's next chapter with authenticity and a renewed sense of purpose and voice.
I understand that facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to transform past trauma, break free from old patterns, and build a life rooted in authenticity and self-worth, I’m here to support you every step of the way. Together, we can create the change you deserve. Reach out when you're ready.
