I am a Master's-level Social Worker offering compassionate, client-centered counselling for children, teens, parents & families. I support clients in navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, and personal growth. I offer short-term, goal oriented counselling, while also providing flexibility for longer-term support when needed.

My background is in social work, psychology and art - and I bring all of that into my work. I support clients with things like improving emotional awareness, self-regulation, coping skills and navigating life challenges or losses.
