You will receive eating disorder recovery support that is realistic and empathetic.

You’re in the right place if your body is in a constant heightened and activated state; survival mode is no longer serving you and it is possible to feel more calm and at peace with your life. If a dark fog is hanging over you and daily tasks or situations feel like a mountain to climb, I can help things feel a little less hard.
