Registered as a psychologist in the areas of clinical, counseling and school psychology, I perform assessments and therapy to children, youth and adults. I am trained and experienced to provide treatment using skills from a variety of different perspectives, such as, ACT, CBT and insight therapies. I particularly favor making explicit what matters to a client in their life, and then facilitating change in that direction, using awareness and mindfulness skills. Empowering and respecting a client's capacity to chose what's best for them within the context of a valued life, is invaluable in my experience.
