Life is difficult enough, but relationships that aren't "working" can cause even greater difficulties, such as feeling helpless, hopeless and trapped. Relationships can be difficult if you don't know the rules! As a psychotherapist with over 25 yrs experience walking with individuals, couples, and families through the turbulent times in life. I have been able to help many relationships to heal and be healthier. Sometimes all a person needs is a different way of seeing what is before them, which allows them to deal with an issue that once blocked them from the relationships they desired.
I take an eclectic approach because I believe every person is unique; not one person is the same as another. This means that I use a variety of different counselling approaches so that I can walk beside each client as they explore new and healthier paths for themselves.
My active listening and non-judgmental attitude allow for a safe, caring setting which puts my clients at ease. My intuition and discernment help us "get to the core" of issues.
