I am an Indigenous Registered Psychologist who works from an Indigenous perspective. I provide Indigenous counselling and create a safe place for clients to heal in a way that they want to heal. Clients are experts in their own lives but may need some guidance on accessing their inner knowledge. We can work together to help you to stand in your power and be your authentic self. I believe in building relationships with not only ourselves but also our difficulties. I offer holistic, relationship-focused, genuine, empathic, and grounding therapy.
My role is to be a travel companion that guides you along your path. I have experience working with Residential/Day School survivors, addiction, grief, and trauma. I work from a holistic approach that integrates Indigenous ways of being and knowing and psychology. I provide a safe place for you to explore your journey and inner knowledge.
Feel free to contact me to book a 20 minute free consult to see if I may be a fit for your current needs.
