Accepting NEW Clients - Do you struggle with unwanted, intrusive thoughts about contamination, sexual themes, harm, or relationships? Do you engage in repetitive behaviours only for the anxiety to return? I am passionate about working with individuals struggling with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). The remaining piece of my practice focuses on anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, phobias, panic disorder, and agoraphobia), trauma, substance use, and ADHD.

When working with OCD and some anxiety disorders, Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) has been clinically proven to be the gold standard treatment approach. I also incorporate various other therapeutic modalities based on your needs. Together, we'll identify what is most distressing to you and develop a personalized plan to help you move forward.

Treatment in therapy starts with the prioritization of the therapeutic relationship. As your therapist, my goal is for you to feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate this transforming journey.
