Randi worked at the Jewish General Hospital in Montreal, in Oncology, specifically Young Adult and Gynecology Oncology for eight years. She then worked at McGill University Student Mental Health Service for eight years, as a psychotherapist and then as Director of the McGill Eating Disorder Program, January 2011-May 2017.
