As a Syrian immigrant, I know what it feels like to move through the world carrying things that are hard to explain to people who haven't lived it. I work with youth, young adults, couples, and members of BIPOC and Arab communities who are navigating anxiety, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) student under clinical supervision and I'm here to offer you a warm, culturally aware space where we work through what you're carrying, not just by talking, but through creative approaches that make room for the parts of you that words don't always reach.
