Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group
DBT combines cognitive-behavioral with mindfulness-based approaches and is effectively delivered in a group format with evidence-based advantages to group therapy. This 4-week group will provide participants coping tools and exercises to manage difficult emotions, interpersonal effectiveness, and incorporate mindfulness into daily life. The group will be delivered in-person. My upcoming group date is April 14, 2026. Cost includes the content material and handouts. Full payment due once the group starts; all fees are non-refundable. Must be Ontario resident. Please complete this form if interested in any of my future groups: https://forms.gle/DoKt7NKowaT3LajR9
