Welcome to my practice. I am a registered psychotherapist specializing treatment of anxiety, grief, PTSD, trauma disorders, depression, fears, and relationship or family troubles that develop with these complexities. I am proud to serve Veterans, First Nation's, jTeachers, Medical Personnel, First Responders, and all people with unresolved concerns. The office is conveniently located in Barrie, ON and offers free parking and has full access. When anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, anger, PTSD, and relationship difficulties becoming overwhelming there is professional help. Using effective therapies can make the changes you need to feel control over your problems. Using safe and effective evidence based methods allows progress and change to allow a happier, fuller functioning life.
Treatment for complex anxiety, trauma, grief, depressions, stresses, and relationship challenges can be kind, respectful and effective.
