I am ontario based EMDR registered psychotherapist and i do provide only virtual counselling sessions and my ideal client is someone who is self-aware enough to recognize that something in their life isn’t working—whether it’s persistent anxiety, overwhelming stress, past trauma, or recurring patterns in relationships—but may feel stuck, unsure, or even ashamed about seeking help. They might be high-functioning on the outside, yet silently struggling with inner conflict, emotional exhaustion, or a loss of purpose. They need a safe, compassionate space to slow down, untangle their thoughts, and be fully seen without judgment.

As a therapist, my role is to support you in reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity, and creating meaningful change—at a pace that feels right for you.
