Whatever you're experiencing, you're not alone. Together, we can navigate your current circumstances and find healthier coping mechanisms to move you towards your goals.

As a bereaved parent myself (miscarriages & neonatal death), I am passionate about working with other bereaved parents as well as those experiencing any loss. Whether you’ve suffered a miscarriage (at any stage of pregnancy), are experiencing infertility, had a stillborn, or are grieving the loss of a child, I can offer a unique understanding to your pain.

As a mother of 2 (earthbound), & a wife of over 14 years, I have encountered the ups and downs of life. I have my own experience as a client of therapy, and the impact that has had on my personal healing journey. It is my hope that in working together, you are able to experience the same level of growth & healing through feeling heard, understood, & valued.

Therapy with me generally begins with an intake. This is a session that is more structured and led by me, so that I may get a sense of what's happening in your life currently. Many clients express that this removes the pressure off of them for the 1st meeting. Sessions following will unfold at an organic pace where you feel in control.
