My practice is informed by a holistic, collaborative, and culturally informed lens rooted in anti-oppressive, intersectional, and trauma-informed approaches. I have a Masters in Clinical Social Work with a specialization in Trauma. I am also trained (and continue to build) in various evidence- based therapeutic modalities to provide quality care.
As a BIPOC (South Asian- Canadian) therapist who identifies in intersectionalities, I recognize the value of a space that allows someone to be seen and heard. I hope to create and hold a safe space for you as you navigate your wellness and reach your full potential in all facets of your life.
