Hi, my name is Rainbow. I'm so glad you're here. Many of the people I work with are adults who grew up with emotionally unavailable parents. In these homes, my clients often felt like love had to be earned, and that their feelings were quietly dismissed. Now as adults, they continue to carry invisible pain: self-doubt, a harsh inner critic, or a sense of disconnection in their relationships.

Having immigrated to Canada at a young age, I've experienced what it's like to grow up between two worlds- holding my parents’ hopes and expectations while trying to navigate a culture they didn’t always understand. And then came the quiet shame of feeling like I wasn't enough, even though my pain didn't seem to have a place.

As we lean into these tender places, my hope is to help you reconnect with the parts of you that have felt wounded, lost, or unwanted.
