As a Registered Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Facilitator my experience spans over 20 years. Using trauma aware, cognitive, behavioral, solution/emotion focused models will frame each exploration. Narrative, feminist and culturally focused techniques will also facilitate deeper understanding.
