I am a psychotherapist with a strong clinical foundation built at the University of Toronto and UHN. Currently, at St. Michael's Homes, I specialize in frontline addiction care, complex trauma, and Borderline Personality Disorder. I am highly experienced in crisis management, safety planning, and running DBT skills groups for individuals facing significant life stressors.
My practice is backed by intensive frontline clinical training. I hold a Master’s from the University of Toronto and developed my crisis-care skills across major hospitals within the University Health Network (UHN). Currently, at St. Michael's Homes, I facilitate structured DBT groups and individual therapy for folks facing severe psychosocial stress.
We won't just analyze your past; we will map out your future. I will teach you concrete distress tolerance, mindfulness, and emotion regulation skills so you can manage crises without feeling completely derailed. We will use a blend of DBT, CBT, and somatic practices to honour your whole self—mind, body, and spirit.
