As a Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario with over 16 years of experience working in mental health, I specialize in working with childhood trauma, emotional and relationship issues, self-esteem, as well as life transitions. My practice is rooted in attachment and psychodynamic theory, and am trained in NARM - an approach to healing developmental trauma.
