I work with adults 18+ who struggle with complex trauma & relational wounds who present with anxiety, depression, interpersonal challenges, negative self-perception and insecure attachment. The work I do addresses life-long self-defeating patterns that prevent you from experiencing what you want in your life. Often, insight alone is not enough to shift patterns we find ourselves stuck in and repeating in ourselves and our relationships; we must work at a psychobiological level to bring about deep and lasting change.
I use a depth-oriented, here-and-now approach as well as sessions to process past experiences in supportive ways. Depth-oriented approaches focus on reshaping what is happening internally. My role as a therapist is to support you in embodying and creating new neural pathways that are aligned with what you want most for yourself.
