My name is Rachelle and I am a Social Worker providing psychotherapy services in Owen Sound (and virtually). One of my many passions is helping clients understand their emotions, reactions, and discovering strategies for better coping. I work with individuals who are struggling with self esteem, trauma, grief, relationship conflict, anxiety and depression.
I also work with couples who are facing challenges such as frequent conflict, betrayal, and loss of connection. As a trained Gottman Method couples therapist, I aim to create a supportive space where couples can begin to learn how to communicate more effectively and rebuild their connection.
