My aim is to provide each and every client with the support and guidance they are looking for by creating individualized treatment plans. Life's struggles come in many shapes and sizes and focusing on areas in which we have control is a great stepping stone to formulate the life we want to be living, instead of getting stuck in the usual negative thinking that many of us get caught in from time to time.
My experience working with mental health issues is varied but most often find myself working with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, disordered eating or addictions. These are just some of the many struggles people face in life that I hope to guide clients through.
At my practice, I also usually have 1-2 interns working under my supervision who offer low fee ($75.00) and sliding scale counselling services.
