With Masters degrees in Counselling Psychology (University of Alberta) and Sport Psychology (LJMU - Liverpool, England), I work with a wide range of concerns - from anxiety, depression, stress management, relationships, and life transitions like retirement or personal loss, to performance enhancement and issues like perfectionism, motivation, and confidence.
