About
Are you a post-secondary student struggling with perfectionism, procrastination, or an inability to focus? Do negative thoughts or anxiety prevent you from reaching your personal or academic potential? Therapy is about helping you reach your goals, whatever they might be. As your therapist, I build on your inner strengths and resources by providing empathetic and nonjudgmental therapy. I believe you are the expert of your own life and want to help you recognize your own self-worth and potential.
I work with adults and youth in the community and with Western students on campus to help reduce suffering, develop skills, and navigate the many challenges that life throws at us. Sessions are insight driven and experiential allowing you to discover and develop new ways of understanding yourself while learning practical coping strategies.
If you are looking for an easy going and down to earth therapist I am currently accepting new clients and would love to arrange a consultation to learn more about your therapeutic goals and to see if we are a good fit. Send me an email to arrange a time to talk!
