I work with individuals age 12+ and am accepting new clients. I work with people who are navigating day-to-day stressors, including change in circumstances, grief, anxiety, self-esteem, and relationship issues. My goal is to provide a safe space in which we can collaborate together and help you achieve your goals. Whether you're new to therapy or have been a few times, I welcome anyone regardless if you have a specific goal or need a safe space to talk.
My approach to therapy is to provide a safe space built on trauma-informed and culturally sensitive care. My goal is to ensure you feel supported and validated regarding your life experiences, and to provide everyone with respect and empathy in our sessions. I work with a variety of issues, including anxiety, trauma, and self-esteem.
Starting therapy can seem intimidating at first. I am passionate about supporting my clients, and being transparent about what to expect from a therapy session and about the therapeutic process. Please reach out to book a 15-minute free consultation to see if I'm the right fit for your needs.
