About
Hello! I’m so glad you are here. I appreciate the strength it takes to seek and accept support. If you are looking to receive support and validation, and guidance towards your goals you have come to the right place. I am an experienced therapist (14 years) who works with adults, children, youth, and families. My clients say they appreciate my empathetic and genuine nature, use of humor, and client-centered approach. I’m a strong advocate for my clients, and I seek to empower them by focusing on existing strengths.
I provide therapy through various evidenced-based methods based on what seems to be the best fit for the individual or family. This customized approach allows me to provide service in a way that meets your needs best. I also provide supervision and consultation for therapists and students.
My work is trauma informed and strives to be holistic in nature. My goal is to help people realize their true potential by giving them tools to cope with and overcome adversity and build upon their strengths. reesorcounselling.com
