Beginning to start working through your own personal stress and distress can be overwhelming and intimidating. Working with clients to find new ways of coping, process past experiences and trauma, managing anxiety, and establishing healthy boundaries are some of the ways I can help.
I am trained in EMDR, CBT, DBT, Emotionally focused therapy, among other therapies. I have experience working with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, family dynamics, relationship stress, chronic or life-altering illness, infertility, as well as women's reproductive health and pelvic pain.
I aim to create a welcoming, non-judgemental and safe space for all those I meet with. I can offer new skills and different perspectives to combine with your strengths and experience to help you achieve your goals.
