As a certified music therapist, I can also incorporate music and creativity into our therapy sessions. No prior musical experience required!
I specialize in supporting people with issues related to depression, anxiety, and autism. I have a special interest in providing LGBTQ2S+ affirming care and want to provide a safe and non-judgemental space to show up however you need to in that moment. We can incorporate things like music, mindfulness, ACT and DBT, depending on what works best for you.
