I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health concerns; including histories of trauma, depression, stress/burnout and anxiety. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, both the experience of single traumatic event and histories of childhood abuse or complex trauma. This may present as concerns with nightmares, distressing memories, persistent low mood, persistent anxiety, difficulty managing emotions, feeling numb, feelings of worthlessness, guilt or shame, struggling with a harsh inner critic, and/or difficulty in relationships, among other symptoms.

I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, ACT, DBT, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Polyvagal theory, parts work, mindfulness and self-compassion to assist clients in exploring avenues for lasting and meaningful change.

I believe that all behavior makes sense in context, and this is a belief that has been proven again and again in my practice. I hope to create a space where you feel safe to be brave and vulnerable in sharing your story and walk your healing journey together.
