It's okay to be feeling VERY overwhelmed right now. When our mental health struggles, whether:it's depression, anxiety, relationship discord, or another health concern- everything feels heavier, larger and harder. My practice, The Hive YXE focuses on making counselling easy, relatable, comfortable and effective. We do so by: having flexible appointment times (days,evening and weekends), offering direct billing & a sliding scale, using realistic and implementable skills and techniques- and by never cookie cutting our clients. We use lived experience and education to help our clients feel seen, heard and helped.
Our counsellors at The Hive YXE have a variety of specialities. We work with couples around: pre-marital therapy, infidelity, communication, discord and more. We help individuals with: ADHD, anxiety & depression, trauma, phobias, postpartum, anger management and more.
I understand how overwhelming it can be trying to find the right fit for you, we'd love for you to give us a try- we offer free consults so you can dip your toe with ZERO commitment or pressure.
