I am an empathetic and compassionate therapist. I have dedicated my life to supporting clients and I am honoured to do this fulfilling work. I consider myself a lifelong learner and have hundreds of hours of post graduate training and certification. I work from a wide variety of modalities- internal family systems (IFS), expressive arts, EMDR, psychedelic therapy and mindfulness based skills training. I consider myself a "depth" psychologist, in that I help clients go beyond the surface of their symptoms, and instead work on addressing the root causes of the challenges effecting their day to day lives.

I am a Certified Trauma Practitioner, Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Play Therapist Supervisor (CPT-S). I work from a trauma and attachment focused lens. I am one of few therapists in Alberta with University training in Psychedelic Assisted Therapy, and am pleased to provide integration services for this unique and transformative therapy.
