I’m a registered social worker with extensive experience in mental health and addiction, and am deeply dedicated to helping adults face life’s challenges with compassion and care. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals including military members, veterans and first responders - such as police officers, firefighters, paramedics, 911 dispatchers and nurses - who often face unique and complex stressors in both their personal and professional lives.
I have extensive experience supporting those who have been impacted by trauma, and I also work with clients facing other concerns such as anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, significant life stressors, grief, and substance use.
