I specialize in helping teens and parents achieve greater connection, stronger relationships, and healthier lives using attachment-focused modalities, EMDR, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Depending on your preference and the treatment plan we develop together, I may work with your teen individually, with you as parents, or the whole family.
