I provide psychotherapy for individuals who may be dealing with a variety of issues and concerns. Whether its something new you are experiencing or something you have been struggling with your whole life, we can work through it together. I believe in equality across all clients and building a therapeutic relationship around that. No issue is seen as less important or not as severe as another. I am a therapist who uses a client-centered approach to the counselling relationship. I believe in working together with my clients toward a common goal using a variety of strategies and techniques that would best suit their individual needs.
I specialize in supporting individuals through the counselling process who may be experiencing anxiety, and/or anger. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health to support both parents through their journey, as well as I have a background in behaviour therapy that allows me to also assist in supporting children who may be dealing with behavioural issues.
My hope is that we will work together in our sessions to identify your concerns and find ways to manage them that best suit your individual needs. Overall, I want my clients to feel heard, and that they are in a safe, non-judgemental environment and that they can leave the session feeling lighter and better able to manage life's challenges.
