My approach is trauma-informed and adaptive: we will not work from templates - we will center you and your perspectives.
I have experience and training in addictions recovery; ageing and dementia and caregiving; depression and anxiety; 2SLGBTQ+ and gender identity; loss and grief,; spirituality and/or faith; religious trauma; betrayal trauma, and mid-life crises including menopause. My specialty is offering a safe and sacred space in which to honour you and your needs.
