Do you often feel overwhelmed, shut down, or like you’re constantly masking parts of yourself just to get through the day? When pain feels persistent, many people try to disconnect from their bodies or long for an escape from how they feel. You’re not alone. Many of my clients have felt like outliers, misunderstood, uncertain about who they are, or stuck in unhelpful relationship patterns, including with themselves. I’m here to support you in developing emotional awareness, strengthening coping and regulation skills, improving communication, and creating a life that feels more grounded, authentic, and aligned with your values.
I use evidence-based approaches, like CBT, DBT, and ACT, to help clients feel empowered and more connected to themselves, whether they’re dealing with intense or hard-to-manage emotions and behaviours, trauma, relationship challenges or adjusting to life as an immigrant. My culturally responsive care affirms 2SLGBTQI+ identities and neurodivergence.
I work with youth and adults of all identities to notice patterns in mind, body, and relationships and explore ways of showing up that feel true to themselves. Together, we’ll (re)discover relief, break unhelpful patterns, uncover what feels meaningful, and create more ease and confidence in daily life. Curious about how I can support you? Reach out.
