When emotions feel overwhelming, numbing or life seems unmanageable, people often try to destroy the seat of their pain where it resides – in the body. It may feel like there’s no way out of the pain, but you don’t have to face it alone. Specializing in trauma, I work with adults facing a wide range of issues, including suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, emotional dysregulation, abuse, immigration and cultural identity challenges. I am here to support you in processing your emotions, reconnecting with yourself and your strengths, breaking harmful patterns, and making empowered, meaningful choices that align with your values.
Drawing from my own journey through trauma, I understand the courage it takes to seek help. I’m trained in CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and DBT-informed approaches. My practice offers a compassionate, non-judgmental, and collaborative experience, emphasizing cultural sensitivity and neurodiversity affirmation for deep, meaningful change in a safe space.
My intern psychotherapy services range from 40 to 100 CAD, depending on the client’s needs and spot eligibility for low-cost therapy. You are welcome to contact me to inquire about this at no cost.
