I work with adult individuals, couples, children and youth, and families at every stage of life. Times of transition, new challenges, work or school stress, financial concerns, loss, health issues, and just the everyday ups and downs of life can all contribute to temporary or long periods of difficulties in coping. Sitting with someone who is compassionate and present, can be helpful and supportive in knowing that you are not alone. My formal and additional training helps me bring many perspectives to the table as we travel together to find ways to work through issues which are located in the past or present.
I bring a culturally sensitive approach to my work & I am committed to helping my client(s) by recognizing unhelpful patterns that may be preventing them from living more meaningful lives.
