I believe healing happens in relationship.
We are shaped through our earliest experiences of connection, and many of the ways we protect ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world developed in response to those relationships. Therapy offers a different kind of encounter: one where we can slow down, become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, and meet difficult places with attunement rather than aloneness.
My work is relational, experiential and rooted in the Body. Drawing from AEDP, IFS, PSIP, EMDR and somatic approaches, I work with emotion, attachment, protective patterns and the nervous system as they emerge in the present. Together, we create new relational experiences that support deeper feeling, connection and lasting change.
At the heart of my work is the belief that we are wired for connection, aliveness and transformation. Guided by Martin Buber’s words, “All actual life is encounter,” I hold relationship at the centre of healing. I also offer psychedelic integration, retreats and groups for deeper inner and relational exploration.
