I recall going to my first therapy session, and I was quite nervous! Now, as a therapist, I focus on building a strong, trusting relationship with clients by establishing a comfortable environment, and exploring things from a holistic lens that meets you as a person instead of a problem. A relaxed, client-focused approach is ideal for those who may feel apprehensive about the therapeutic process, and we can collaboratively tailor treatment plans to align with your strengths and needs.
I offer therapeutic services for youth and adults who may be struggling with a variety of issues. I strive to provide a comfortable space for clients who may be struggling with unhelpful patterns and/or behaviours, looking to develop their social and emotional intelligence, or who are adjusting to major life transitions. Direct billing available.
Every client is unique, just as every therapist is unique. I would love to have the opportunity to see how we can work together to find the best approach. An appointment or free phone consult can be booked online for either location (Dartmouth or Bedford). Direct billing to most insurance companies is available in both locations.
