At some point, something shifted. Maybe a relationship you counted on started fracturing. Maybe the faith community or career that once defined you no longer fits. Maybe you're figuring out who you are or who you're allowed to be for the first time. That kind of disorientation is exhausting. And it often comes with a particular loneliness, because the people around you don't always understand what you're going through.
I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating exactly this: identity shifts, religious trauma, LGBTQ+ experiences, relationship strain, and major life transitions. I bring both clinical training and lived experience as a queer person, a deconverted evangelical Christian, and someone who has done their own hard work.
In our sessions, I show up fully. I'll laugh with you, sit with you in the hard moments, and gently push back when I think it'll help you grow. This isn't a space where I quietly nod. It's a genuine collaboration, and I'm in it with you. My hope is that over time, you'll notice something shifting again: more clarity, more compassion, room to be yourself!
