This is a time when many people struggle silently with mental health, stress, burnout, relationships, life transitions, and more. Perhaps this is the first time you sought out counselling, or maybe you have been self-managing mental health until now. We are glad that you are here. If you are willing give therapy a try, my team and I will be here to listen, support, and guide you to a stronger, better place. Our session will be a safe, confidential, and constructive space for you to come as you are.

We specialize in helping individuals learn coping skills with DBT, rid of negative core beliefs through CBT, and heal from past trauma using Narrative Therapy and Attachment Therapy. We also facilitate couples counselling, family counselling, and relationship mediation.
I am a Registered Social Worker located in the Coquitlam (Greater Vancouver) area, British Columbia. My team is made of highly qualified counsellors who are as committed to providing the best care as I am. It is so important to find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable and connected with. To help you decide, please contact us for a free consultation.
